CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card guarantee or check is required at time of reservation.  Seven or more days notice is required to cancel reservation, and a $20 cancellation charge will be assessed.  Less than seven days cancellation, the full rate will be charged, unless the room is rebooked, then the $20 cancellation charge will be assessed only.  (We make every effort to rebook your room, but the closer the cancellation date is to your reservation date the least likely it'll happen.)
