ABOUT OUR AREA
Clear Lake is centered in beautiful Lake County. It is the largest lake in California with towns dotting the shores around the lake. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the many fishing tournaments, water sports, many special events, big name concerts at Konocti Resort, wine tasting antiquing and exploring.

Lake County has been recognized as having the "cleanest air in
California" for the last several years.  Clear Lake is said to be an
ancient lake with an average depth of 40 feet and is fed only by rain,
underground sulfur and soda springs.

 

Lake County Pathways provide 11 diverse pathways enjoyed by
bicycling, hiking and walking.  They range from beginner to advanced
and are from 18 to 84 miles long.
